Closed women’s therapeutic support group will be starting in January. Each group is comprised of a monthly theme, self care strategy or tool, a book centered on empowerment that we will explore as a collective with time for dialogue and exploration each month. Our 2024 dates are scheduled on the following Sundays, 11-1.

This support group is invite- only for cohesion in the group. This group is only open to my current clientele as an extension of our session work. $55 to reserve your space for each gathering monthly at www.sanctuaryofgrowth.com/scheduling
